What is your job?

I manage donor relations, raise awareness of the Trust, supervise the Trust's various committees and administer the Trust office.

What is your favourite part of the job?

I love preparing the strategy and laying the foundation for raising the necessary funds to support healthcare in Bermuda and working with and learning from phenomenal people who are visionaries and highly competent at what they do.

What is your least favourite part of the job?

The waiting - I'm a bit impatient.

What is your most interesting experience at work?

Understanding the health-care system and pulling all the pieces together so that it makes sense for the success of our work makes my job so interesting.

What would you be doing otherwise?

I would love to work again as a consultant for non-profit organisations or to manage a corporate foundation.
