What is your job? My job at Digicel is to manage the radio access network (cell sites), lend support to RF/field engineers and daily technical administration. What is your favourite part of the job? When I get to add a new site into the network. Training is also a favorite as most times I have to travel to do so. I get to meet lots of people and start new working relationships.

What is your least favourite part of the job? The least favourite part of my job is having outages that are beyond my control and having to rely on other people/companies for resolution.

What is your most interesting experience at work? My most interesting experience at work was when I climbed the cement silo in Dockyard to check a cell site. It was a wonderful view, but as fast as I got up was as fast as I needed to get down.

What would you be doing otherwise? I would probably be studying for an accounting degree.
