Argus Group Holdings Ltd. rose 1.6 percent (10 cents) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The insurance company closed the day at $6.50, with 3,900 shares traded.

The only other trader was BF&M Ltd., which saw 1,700 shares change hands, but its share price held firm at $13.

The Index, as a whole, increased 1.82 points (0.14 percent) to 1,281.38, as 5,600 shares worth BD$47,450 and 2,976 shares worth US$26,932.80 were transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index was also up four points (0.45 percent) at 899.
