Argus Group Holdings Ltd. climbed 40 cents (5.33 percent) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

The insurance company closed the day at $7.90, with 6,000 shares traded.

But Belco Holdings Ltd. slipped 95 cents (5.81 percent) to $15.40, as 800 shares changed hands.

Butterfield Bank's preference shares also traded 310 shares, but its share price held firm at $150.

Overall, the Index dropped 2.21 points (0.09 percent) to 2,328.93, with 800 shares worth $12,320 transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index, however, was up 5.52 points (0.69 percent) at 794.29.
