Banking was the busiest sector on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

Butterfield Bank traded 5,241 shares, while Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd. saw 100 shares change hands.

Overall, the Index remained unchanged at 3,107.23, with 5,341 shares worth $48,069 transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index, however, was up 7.53 points (0.95 percent) at 792.55.
