Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd. rose 10 percent (50 cents) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The bank traded 200 shares to close at $5.50.

But Argus Group Holdings Ltd. fell 10 cents (1.09 percent) to $9, with 2,700 shares changing hands.

Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd. transacted 4,000 shares, Watlington Waterworks Ltd. 3,500 shares, and Butterfield 1,600 common shares and 69 preference shares.

Overall the Index was up 1.35 points (0.06 percent) at 2,126.63, as 12,000 shares worth BD$125,750 and 69 shares worth US$84,461 were traded.

The BSX Insurance Index was also up 7.23 points (0.75 percent) at 967.2.
