Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd. boosted its share price by 18.18 percent ($2) on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

The Gazette's parent company saw its share value close at $13, with 2,800 shares traded.

Belco Holdings Ltd. also benefited from a good day's trading, seeing its stock rise 90 cents (six percent) to $15.90, as 1,100 shares changed hands.

The only decliner was Butterfield Bank, which dropped five cents (0.47 percent) to $10.55, with 4,850 shares transacted.

As a whole, the Index finished up 12.64 points (0.37 percent) at 3,396.11, with 8,750 shares worth $105,097.50 traded.

The BSX Insurance Index also ended up 11.17 points (1.29 percent) at 973.97.
