Belco Holdings Ltd. saw its share price advance 45 cents (2.14 percent) to $21.45 on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

The utilities company traded 100 shares throughout the day.

Butterfield Bank also traded 3,400 shares, but its share value remained unchanged.

Overall the Index was up 8.22 points (0.18 percent) at 4,584.27, with 3,500 shares worth $53,146.15 changing hands.

The BSX Insurance Index inched up 1.34 percent to 974.4.
