BF&M Ltd. rose 1.8 percent (24 cents) to $13.25 on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The insurer traded 2,000 shares during the day.

But KeyTech Ltd. slipped 0.7 percent (five cents) to $7.25, as 1,322 shares changed hands.

The only other trader was Butterfield Bank, which transacted 3,600 shares, but its share price held firm at $1.47.

Overall, the Index edged up 1.05 points (0.08 percent) to 1,273.24, with 6,922 shares worth BD$41,393 and 2,270 shares worth US$25,083.50 traded.

The BSX Insurance Index also climbed 26 points (2.58 percent) to 1,035.
