BF&M Ltd. dropped 20 cents (1.3 percent) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The insurer traded 4,500 shares to close the day at $15.25.

Also in the insurance sector, Argus Group Holdings Ltd. saw 6,000 shares change hands, but its share price held firm at $8.

Butterfield Bank, meanwhile, transacted 25,044 shares to finish on $5.

Overall, the Index fell 2.9 points (0.13 percent) to 2,279.25, with 35,544 shares worth $242,685 traded.

The BSX Insurance Index declined by 4.64 points (0.51 percent) to 900.9.
