BF&M Ltd. and KeyTech Ltd. boosted their share prices on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

BF&M climbed 7.4 percent (90 cents) to $13, with 400 shares traded.

KeyTech rose 7.1 percent (50 cents) to $7.50, as 1,500 shares changed hands.

Butterfield Bank also transacted 140 preference shares, but its share price held firm at $1,200.

Overall The Index was up 12.53 points (0.99 percent) at 1,275.37, with 1,900 shares worth BD$16,450 and 140 shares worth US$170,022.22 traded.

The BSX Insurance Index, however, dropped two points (0.22 percent) to 908.
