BF&M Ltd. rose 3.77 percent (50 cents) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The insurer traded 1,000 shares during the day.

Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd. also climbed 1.21 percent (12 cents) to $10, as 100 shares changed hands.

But KeyTech Ltd. fell 2.72 percent (20 cents) to $7.15, with 5,100 shares transacted.

Overall the Index was up 1.58 points (0.12 percent) at 1,278.73, as 11,200 shares worth $58,820 traded.

The BSX Insurance Index slipped eight points (0.81 percent) to 982.
