BF&M Ltd. continued its rich vein of trading, with its share price rising 25 cents (1.45 percent) on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

The insurer closed the day at $17.45, with 3,300 shares traded.

Belco Holdings Ltd. bounced back from a tough day's trading on Tuesday, as its share value increased 45 cents (2.72 percent) to $16.95 with 6,500 shares changing hands.

Butterfield Bank also traded 5,527 shares, but its share price remained unchanged at $9.50.

Overall, the Index was up 11.85 points (0.37 percent) at 3,226.69, with 15,327 shares worth $216,331.50 transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index inched up 4.36 points (0.53 percent) to 818.64.
