Butterfield Bank dropped 2.68 percent (four cents) to $1.45 on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The bank traded 1,030 shares during the day.

Overall the Index fell 19.14 points (1.51 percent) to 1,244.75, with 1,030 shares worth $1,493.50 transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index, however, rose 16 points (1.6 percent) to 1,016.
