BSX falls further

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) slipped 8.74 points (0.37 percent) to 2,353.22 yesterday.
The Index traded a total of 78,776 shares worth $428,500.40.
Butterfield Bank fell five cents (6.4 percent) to $5.40, with 78,476 shares changing hands, while Belco Holdings Ltd. transacted 300 shares, but its value held firm at $16.25.
The BSX Insurance Index also fell 26.84 points (3.26 percent) to 794.07.
