BSX stays constant

Butterfield Bank was yet again the only company to trade any shares on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.
The bank traded 53 preference shares and 50 common shares, but its share prices remained unchanged at $250 and $5 respectively.
The Index, as a whole, opened and closed at 2,317.73, with 50 shares worth BD$252.50 changing hands and 53 shares worth US$65,200.23 transacted.
The BSX Insurance Index dropped 2.34 points (0.24 percent) to 948.75.
