BSX stays the same

Butterfield Bank proved to be the busiest trader again on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday, trading 65,000 common and 29 preference shares.
The bank's share prices held firm at $1.45 and $225 respectively.
The only other trader was the Ascendant Group Ltd., which saw 300 shares worth $14.50 each change hands.
Overall the Index remained unchanged for the second straight day at 1,421.88, as 65,300 shares worth BD$96,100 and 29 shares worth US$35,969.67 were transacted.
The BSX Insurance Index inched up 3.23 points (0.32 percent) to 994.73.
