YTB International Inc. – the online travel company which has recruited at least 700 Bermudians – has announced the resignation of one of its directors.

Thomas Baker stood down from the company's board of directors on Monday, having served as an independent director and chaired the board's audit committee. He has been replaced by Fred Lutzeier of St. Louis, Missouri.

According to YTB, Mr. Baker accepted a position as chief financial officer with another firm.

Mr. Lutzeier is currently a principal with Mueller Prost PC and a managing partner of Bankers' Alliance Group LLC.
