KeyTech Ltd. rose 7.14 percent (50 cents) during a busy day on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The utilities provider traded 15,058 shares to close at $7.50.

Elsewhere Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd. was also up 5.26 percent (25 cents) at $5, with 2,190 shares changing hands, while Butterfield Bank transacted 6,800 shares as it climbed 3.84 percent (five cents) to $1.35.

The bank traded two preference shares, but its share price held firm at $1,200.

Other traders included BF&M Ltd. and Argus Group Holdings Ltd., which saw 5,000 and 3,049 shares change hands respectively. Their share values remained unchanged at $12 and $6.50 respectively.

Overall, the Index increased 27.17 points (2.17 percent) to 1,276.55 with 22,248 shares worth BD$183,644.50 and 2,141 shares worth US$22,438.98 traded.
