KeyTech Ltd. rose 15.7 percent (95 cents) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The utilities provider traded 2,800 shares to close at $7.

Meanwhile the Ascendant Group Ltd. dropped 4.41 percent (60 cents) to $13, as 22,800 shares changed hands.

The only other trader was Butterfield Bank, which transacted 15,500 common shares and 30 preference shares, but the share prices remained at $1.30 and $200 respectively.

The Index, as a whole, was up 10.08 points (0.81 percent) at 1,251.05, with 41,100 shares worth BD$336,150 and 30 shares worth US$36,570 traded.
