MARWICK WINS TOP SCHOLARSHIP

Woodbourne Associates has awarded Donald Marwick with its 2008 Engineering Scholarship.Mr. Marwick, (pictured right, with Bill Lang, president of Woodbourne Associates), is in his third year of Mechanical Engineering at Queen's University in Ontario, Canada, where he plans to complete his Bachelors degree before working in Canada for two years to become professionally qualified there.This qualification will allow him to become registered as an engineer in Bermuda, while he has also decided to spend a further year working abroad with "Engineers without Borders" in developing countries on infrastructure projects to improve the quality of life for disadvantaged and remote communities before returning home to work.
