Bermuda-based Prime Management Ltd. has announced today the appointment of Dermot O' Sullivan, ACA and Matthew Charleson, ACA as senior account managers.

In their new roles they will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high quality service to the company's clients.

Mr. O'Sullivan has held senior positions in the hedge fund administration industry for more than six years, most recently as the chief operating officer of a fund administration company based in Dubai. He previously served as a group manager for Citi Bermuda where he managed an account team of 10 people. Mr. O'Sullivan began his career as an auditor with James Byrne & Co. located in Cork, Ireland, where he achieved his ACA designation in 2003.

Mr. Charleson gained extensive expertise in hedge fund accounting while being a member of the investment management audit practice group at Ernst & Young in Bermuda and London.

Most recently he served as an audit manager at Ernst & Young Bermuda, where he managed multiple, concurrent audit engagements of a portfolio of hedge fund clients. Mr. Charleson began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and achieved his ACA designation in 2005.
