RAM Holdings Ltd. has announced the repurchase of $10 million of its $35 million 6.875 percent senior notes due in 2024 for $5.5 million, realising a gain of $4.5 million.

The notes that were repurchased were cancelled immediately after such repurchase and following the settlement of the deal, approximately $25 million of them remain outstanding.
