RAM Holdings Ltd. has announced that it has sought and received an extension to file its interim financial reports for the period ending June 30, 2010, by from the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).

The extension, which has been granted until December 15, 2010, was sought on the basis that one of RAM's ceding primary insurers ceased providing US GAAP financial reporting to the company in the second quarter of this year and additional time was required for it to undertake sufficient analysis and calculations in order to satisfy the reporting requirements.
