NEW YORK (Bloomberg) — RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd., the Bermuda-based reinsurer, will pay incoming chief financial officer Jeffrey Kelly an annual base salary of $525,000.

Kelly, 55, will be eligible for a target annual cash bonus of $577,500 and a target annual equity award valued at $1.13 million, the company said in a regulatory filing.
