AM Best has withdrawn the issuer credit rating of "a" of Starbound Reinsurance II Ltd. (Bermuda).

The rating action is a result of Starbound terminating its one-year retrocessional reinsurance agreements with Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd. (Bermuda) and distributing the initial debt proceeds and remaining equity to investors.
