Bermuda-incorporated RPost has announced the release of its new E-Contracting Solution that combines the best elements of RPost's upgraded eSignOff electronic signature and Registered Email legal delivery proof services.

The electronic commerce laws allow for greater efficiencies in business transactions through the use of electronic signatures. However, the reality is that almost 10 years after adopting the federal E-SIGN law, many transactions are still conducted via paper and wet-ink signature, despite the big cost savings and cycle time efficiencies afforded by digital signatures and e-mail.
