Bermuda based IT and computer specialists Systems Business Integration (Sbi) has achieved the the Microsoft Unified Communications Solutions competency.

The company is now certified by Microsoft to provide planning, deploying, and managing solutions for e-mail and calendaring, presence and instant messaging, unified messaging, voice-over Internet protocol call management, and audio-video-web conferencing services, all using Microsoft Unified Communications technologies, including Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Office Communications Server.

"As technologies behind Instant Messaging, Social Networks, and YouTube are finding their ways into corporate networks, users demand the same real-time interactive experience they have at home, at work," Sbi general manager Melanie Burns said.
