NEW YORK (Bloomberg) — Bermuda-based Scottish Re Group Ltd., the reinsurer that filed its 2007 annual report more than three months behind schedule, said Terry Eleftheriou has resigned as chief financial officer, effective on Tuesday.

Eleftheriou was CFO since September of 2007, the life reinsurer said.
