Life reinsurer Scottish Re Group Ltd. announced yesterday that it intends to voluntarily withdraw its common stock from listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) on Monday of next week "in keeping with the company's present objectives". The company has struggled with a string of financial losses and downgrades over the past 18 months.

It was delisted by the New York Stock Exchange earlier this year and now trades on the Pink Sheets.
