What is your job? I manage multiple property claims for Fortune 1000 companies, appointing adjusters, consultants and legal representatives where appropriate. Reviewing policies and confirming coverage for losses. Authorising settlements to the insured for their loss.

What is your favourite part of job? Solving complex issues that sometimes arise with claims. Gaining valuable relationships with people from all over the globe.

What is your least favourite part of job? Having 24/7 a week email access, thus receiving emails at all hours of the night and day; but that's the nature of the business.

What is your most interesting experience at work? On my first day, I had the whole company emailing and calling thanking me for the $100 they received due to me being the 100th employee hired by the company.

What would you be doing otherwise? Spending time with my family and travelling.
