Utilico Emerging Markets Ltd. purchased for cancellation 350,000 ordinary shares at a price of 140 pence per share.

Following this purchase, made last Wednesday, the Bermuda Stock Exchange-listed company's issued share capital consists of 222,787,613 ordinary shares.

The above figure (222,787,613) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
