What is your job? I'm on the front line, pretty much the face of Digicel. I deal with all customers that walk in off the street who have bill queries, wish to make payments and want to get service with us here at Digicel.

What is your favourite part of the job? My favourite part of the job is that I get to work with my friends all day. Being in retail allows me to be myself and have fun at work while getting work done at the same time.

What is your least favourite part of the job? My all-time least favourite part is being ridiculed by an irate customer. Having a customer in my face being very rude and having to keep a smile on my face with pleasant service is very challenging.

What is your most interesting experience at work? I learn something new every day at work. People believe that we should know everything there is to know about BlackBerry's and other devices we sell but every day is a learning experience when it comes to the new technology for these devices.

What would you be doing otherwise? If I could be somewhere else, I would be working in one of our reinsurance companies on the Island.
