CD&P earns high rankings from Legal 500

Conyers Dill & Pearman has been placed top of law firm directory Legal 500’s recommendations for Bermuda trust, insurance, litigation and corporate work, describing it as “a truly excellent firm with great lawyers and great people”.

Conyers is the only law firm on the Island to receive top rankings in each area, reflecting the firm’s leadership and expertise across all of its practices.

Last month, US-based International Financial Law Review also ranked Conyers’ Bermuda practice number one in its 2011 Guide to the World’s Leading Financial Law Firms, saying that: “one client says Conyers is the best law firm on the Island...their overall technical knowledge is excellent”.

Earlier this year, Conyers was named Bermuda Firm of the Year by research agency Who’s Who Legal, the official research partner of the International Bar Association and strategic research partner of the ABA Section of International Law, which rates law firms in 31 practice areas and over 100 countries.

Conyers also received top rankings earlier this year from UK-based Chambers and Partners, which described its Bermuda practice as “a benchmark in the jurisdiction” with an “undisputed leading position in Bermuda” and highlights Conyers’ “innovative, responsive and practical team” of lawyers.
