CellOne has opened a new retail store at the Heron Bay Plaza in Southampton, while closing its retail location in Somerset Village.

A press release stated that the new Heron Bay store is a full service location offering customers phone purchases, prepaid top-ups, bill payments, and customer support.

A press release announcing the opening described their customer support as ‘award winning’ and added that store hours will be Mondays through Saturdays from 9am to 6pm.

“We are excited to be opening our doors in the Heron Bay Plaza,” Maria Pereira, CellOne retail manager, said.

“The new store location is convenient for a large part of our customer base residing in the west end of the island. We look forward to providing a one-stop shopping experience for area residents while they conduct their banking, shop for groceries or simply run errands.”

In Somerset Village prepaid customers in the area can still visit Audio Visual and Caesar’s Pharmacy to top-up.
