Allen Foley, former executive director of DMS Offshore Investment Services (Europe) SáRL has joined Oyster Consulting (Bermuda) Ltd to provide expert advice and consultancy services to firms located in Bermuda and around the world.

He has joined the financial services consulting firm as a senior consultant, corporate director, consultant on AIFMD, and will provide guidance on regulatory compliance and stock exchange listings and trading.

Mr Foley brings more than a decade of management expertise in international financial services. In addition to setting up and serving as executive director of DMS Offshore Investment Services (Europe) SáRL, Allen has provided guidance as a director and fund product consultant with MDO Management Company and compliance coordinator for the Bermuda Stock Exchange. He also has experience working with hedge fund accounting.

He will help Oyster Consulting’s clients proactively run and manage their investment businesses, providing strategy and structure that support long-term success and day-to-day confidence.
