A total of 39,500 shares worth $164,220 today traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).

The biggest mover was insurance firm Argus, which closed up 20 cents (0.1 per cent) at $4 after 36,500 shares moved.

The Bank of Butterfield was one cent down at $11.79 after 3,000 shares sold.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed down 0.49 points (0.04 per cent) at 1,233.33.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 10.48 points (0.6 per cent) at 1,564.48.
