Rainbow. So often as we move through life and our businesses we encounter great difficulty and challenges that stretch our abilities to react, respond, and move forward.

In recent times in our lives we have been struck by a ferocious lightning storm that destroyed a lot of infrastructure and facilities across our community.

As you review the damage and start the process of rebuilding or repairing the damage you take a look out the window and see a beautiful rainbow in the sky above you.

This seems to be nature’s way of advising you that there is a new beginning and a new opportunity to pursue the “pot of gold at the end of the rainbow” by creating new solutions and bringing new ideas to the problems and challenges you now face.

As you have seen me write before: “Your future is always ahead of you!”
