He will speak at the Entrepreneurial Leadership Summit on March 23, and at a masterclass the following day.

The summit at the Hamilton Princess is being hosted by Benedict Associates Ltd, and is part of the company’s BermudaLEADS summit series. The event will be opened by David Burt, the Premier.

Promoting the event, Benedict Associates said: “Research indicates that, when effectively implemented, entrepreneurial leadership can boost your competitive advantage.

“The Entrepreneurial Leadership Summit will provide attendees the opportunity to harness the expertise of cutting-edge leaders in Bermuda and abroad, and this will be an engaging and stimulating learning experience. Participants will hear from diverse speakers regarding the challenges, opportunities, successes and possibilities for innovation and growth

“Middle managers, teams as well as leaders of organisations will benefit from discovering how to add 10 per cent to the bottom line with little or no additional cost.”

The summit is being sponsored by the Bermuda Business Development Agency, Bennett Jones Bermuda, Bermuda Economic Development Corporation and Clarien Bank.

Professor Roebuck will speak about “the need for not only organisations to be entrepreneurial but for HR to do the same to support the wider organisation”, and show how human resource representatives are a catalyst for success to organisations.

In addition to the summit, there is a masterclass event on March 24, featuring a session led by Professor Roebuck entitled “Unleash Your Leadership Potential to Deliver Success to You, Your People & Your Organisation”. While Deryn Lavell headteacher of Saltus Grammar School, will lead a masterclass session entitled “Entrepreneurial Leadership in 21st-Century Learning”.
