Zodiac Inc is celebrating its first anniversary of business tomorrow night with two Old Town parties — at Tavern by the Sea and Whitehorse.

Organiser Janson Cross said: “Essentially, Zodiac Inc will be taking over St. George’s.

“Buying a ticket gets you into both locations so partygoers can go back and forth between the two.”

Partygoers will have a choice of entertainment options in the two venues with Mikey B, DJ Kaos, Black Star and DJ Ob1 spinning.

“Since we have two locations, we are expecting a large mature crowd,” said Mr. Cross. “The streets have been buzzing about this one, it’s going to be crazy.

“This party will cater for (age) 25 and up and ID is required. There will also be a dress code ‘Sexy and Stylish’. So leave your hats and sneakers home.”

Mr. Cross said the Zodiac party organisers have had a great first year — “beyond our expectations”.

“Last year, we hosted eight events and overall we have put on phenomenal parties,” he said. “It is always a challenge to keep bringing fresh ideas to Bermuda’s night-life.”

He added: “We just wanted to bring our vision into what we thought that night-life should be like.

“We also saw a void in that there were very few promoters targeting the over 25s, grown and sexy crowd. So we knew that could be our way into the game.”

Throughout the night there will also be prizes and giveaways to mark the anniversary.

Mr. Cross’ partners in Zodiac are Stephen Squire, Vincent Savery and DeForest Evans.

Tickets for the anniversary bash are $30 in advance and available from Secrets and 27th Century Boutique. Tickets will also be available at the door but Mr. Cross advised early purchase to avoid disappointment.

Doors at the Whitehorse Tavern open at 10 p.m. and at Tavern by The Sea at 11 p.m.
