The organiser of this weekend’s Spring Fling is aiming to “bring sexy back”.

Scott Simons a.k.a. Double S, of Black & Water Entertainment, plans to meet this lofty goal tonight at the Fairmont Southampton.

Spring Fling 2007 kicks off at 10 p.m. and runs until 3 a.m. in the Princess Rooms.

Mr. Simons is aiming for an older clientele.

“It is a place where the sophisticated young professional can let loose,” he said.

Mr. Simons said patrons can expect a DJ with something to prove. “I will go to work,” he said. DJ Kaos will also be on hand.

Organisers are expecting about 400 patrons at the event.

Mr. Simons said: “We want people to ask themselves this question — When was the last time you went dancing?”
