The Department of Cultural Affairs has temporarily been relocated to the Department of Community Affairs, directly behind its former site, due to damage suffered during Hurricane Fabian.

Renovations to the Gatehouse at 81 Court Street have been planned for some time, and additional damage from the hurricane has speeded up the process. The department expects to move back in by mid-November.
