The Angel Tree programme made sure that more than 70 children whose parents are in prison received presents this year.

Jack Harris, public relations officer for Prison Fellowship Bermuda, a Christian ministry, said the programme had received a “tremendous response” from the community and incarcerated parents.

He also congratulated the PFB “Angel Tree Team”, lead by Michelle Furqan, for their work. The Prison Fellowship does not have a corporate sponsor and must raise funds for activities itself.
