The event begins this evening and it is being put on by a combination of promoters and will play host to DJs, sound entertainers who are coming together in unity to promote peace and tolerance through exciting high volume entertainment. CEO Global Arts Entertainment Andrew (Baha) Phillips said that the musical warriors will scrap it out and throw he most power blows rain, blow or shine. Both venues Horseshoe Bay and Snorkel Beach will have fully tented sections.

The Cyclone 2005 is being billed as the greatest Clash to hit Bermuda?s shores and it involves Jamaica?s number one Reggae/Dance Hall DJ entertainer Tony Matterhorn against London?s number one Reggae/Dance Hall and R&B DJ/entertainer, David Rodigan.

The event between the two greats takes place at Horseshoe Bay Beach on Saturday night.

Mr. Phillips said what makes the Clash interesting is that Mr. Matterhorn is a lot younger and has a fiery rebellious delivery with the latest experience and arsenal.

?Thus hyping up the crowd in both a positive, thrilling and then screaming method,? he said. ?While Mr. Rodigan on the other hand is much older and what most people will call a wise master.

?His ability to magically mix music and boast legendary dub-plates or personalised sound bytes from famous artists on their hit songs, such as Marley, Tanna-saw, Dennis Brown and many more has assisted him in becoming the icon that he is.?

Mr. Phillips said both artists are well known as global entertainers and clash warriors.

?Concert goers are expected to attend en mass with great anticipation and then they, the crowd will pick the winner,? he said.

?The Cyclone Horseshoe Bay Clash is designed as a family event that encourages parents to come out with their children to enjoy solid clean entertainment. Parents that attend the event with their children will receive half off the ticket price.?
