Congratulations to Shonee Alika Simons who received her Honors B.A. in Psychology from York University in Toronto on 20th June 2003, ranking among the top five percent of students at York, graduating with Cum Laude. She was also a member on the Dean's Honor List and Academic Achievement List.

Attending the ceremony were her proud parents Sonya and Brandon Simons, sisters Brendal and Zenika Simons, significant other Justin Robinson and their daughter X'achela Robinson, uncle Headley Edwards, aunts Judy Edwards and Veronica Brangman.

Shonee would like to extend special thanks to Mrs. Yvette Brown, Mr. Antwan and Ceca Edwards, Ms Gershona (Mia) Gibbons, Mr. Fred and Vera Robinson, Mrs. Karen Reaves, Ms Laverne Proctor and other family and friends for their endless support and encouragement.

She would also like to thank Mrs. Kim Wilson; Mr. Alfred Maybury and Child & Family Services; Ms Michelle Gabisi and the Berkeley Institute; Mr. Marvin Trott Sr., Mrs. Keva Joell-Benjamin, Mr. Marvin Trott Jr. and the gentlemen of the Co-ed Facility of their unlimited time and resources in her quest to complete here honors thesis which was a great success.
