Supporters of young model Stacy Dawson are throwing a Bon Voyage Party tonight to help raise funds for her relocation to New York to pursue a professional modelling career.

Two months ago Miss Dawson went to Model Search America with the support of Earlette Stephens, owner of Upscale Fashions, Lamont Robinson, of Jakoma Entertainment, a professional portfolio provided by photographer Troy Jennings, and with her mother?s faith. While in Las Vegas she was picked up by 14 modelling agencies and three magazines.

All the 21-year-old now has to do is to go to New York to get her modelling career started, said organisers Multi Entertainment and Jakoma Entertainment.

The event takes place tonight at Pier 6 and will feature a mini fashion show starting at 10 o?clock. The show will feature Miss Dawson and 11 other top models.

Immediately after there will be a send off party featuring DJ Skilatchi, DJ All Star, Vybez Alliance, Twin Star and King Jyrus. It will also feature door prizes and raffle draws. Tickets $20 at the door.
