F. O'Neil Lathan and Terri-Lynn Lathan are pleased to announce the engagement of Teneil Neisha Lathan to Darrin Ragland of North Carolina. An April 2004, wedding is planned.

Teneil graduated from the University of Dallas in Texas with a Masters of Business Administration Degree in Information Technology on April 25. Her parents, grandmother Susie Pace and several relatives and friends from Bermuda and the United States attended the graduation ceremony.
