Bermuda National Trust Museums: Verdmont Early 18th-century mansion containing many Bermudian pieces, china, and portraits, Collector's Hill, Smiths Parish. Open TUESDAY through SATURDAY. Admission $3.

Tucker House Mid-18th-century home commemorating prominent Tucker family, whose members include a once-resident president of Bermuda's Governor's Council, an important Williamsburg judge and a US Treasurer. Displays include a tribute to Joseph Rainey, who worked as a barber in Bermuda before going on to become the first black Representative in the US Congress, exemplary collection of 18th-century portraits, furniture and silver (most of which descended through the Tucker Family) and an archaeological exhibit showcasing the results of an extensive three-year excavation in the basement.
