Three of the people in the fashion industry who worked with Stacy Dawson have only good things to say about her.

, owner of Jakoma Productions, was impressed with her level of dedication.

?She is very disciplined and if you schedule her you can expect her on time or before,? he said, ?And if you are late, than you know Stacy is waiting for you. If you ask her to do any thing she just does it, you don?t have resistance, she doesn?t argue. I can even attest to a most recent shoot that she did on a beach in the middle of winter, she just jumped into the water. I don?t think that I would have invested, not just money, but time on someone before I met Stacy. I met a lot of models, but they didn?t have the dedication that she has.

?And like Stacy said, ?it is a business.? And people are not going to want to spend the time on someone who hasn?t spent the time on themselves. She is an example model and everyone sees it and I would love to see her when she comes back as a supermodel.?

Upscale Fashions owner said she first came into contact with Miss Dawson many years ago when she and her mother would come into her shop.

Ms Stephens said her mother always said that if she needed a model her daughter would be available.

She ran back into Miss Dawson when she was modelling for Jakoma and Ms Stephens found her dedicated and serious.

?She wanted to take it to the next level as a career and not just as a hobby,? Ms Stephens said.

, editor of SHOW OFF Magazine, has worked with Miss Dawson on two occasions.

?Stacey always talked with passion about her future career in modelling,? said Miss Morgan.

?There?s no doubt in my mind about how much she wants to make it as a professional model. When I travelled with her to Fashion Week in 2005, she was eager about the prospect of being seen by model scouts and even bought her portfolio along! She showed me how focused she was about getting ahead.

?Living in Bermuda and trying to make it a profession is very difficult, but I admire her persistence and it?s great to see that she hasn?t been discouraged.?
