The Bermuda International Film Festival has extended the deadline for the receipt of entries from children who wish to sit on a jury at the second annual BIFF Kids Film Festival, October 14 to October 16.

The festival has invited children ages 7-14 to write in, telling us in 100-250 words why they liked a particular film that they have seen anytime in the last two years. Festival organisers will read all the entries, and will select the winners based on the film reviews that have been sent to us.

The festival will announce the winners, and the jury members will watch the films for free during the festival in October, and select the winning films in the various age categories.

Entries must be received by Monday, September 26. Entries should be sent to BIFF, P.O. Box HM 2963, Hamilton HM MX, or dropped off at Butterfield Bank, Reid Street reception or at the Bermuda National Library, Youth Division, Church Street, Hamilton. Entries may be typed or handwritten neatly. Entries may also be submitted by e-mail to infobiff.bm.

Prospective jurors are reminded to include their age and contact information with their entries.
